A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent when your order has been shipped. Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via DHL, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class International. Please note that the typical ship time for DHL is 2⁠—5 days, while USPS First Class International can take up to three weeks in transit. We highly recommend purchasing Route shipping insurance with your order when choosing the USPS First Class International ship option. Regardless of whether or not you have chosen to purchase shipping insurance, we are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in the mail.
